Meeting point

At the meeting point prior to departure, researchers will provide you with a GPS device and safety briefing. The GPS device has satellite communications in case of emergency as there is limited mobile phone reception available throughout Noosa National Park.

We ask that you walk (with the GPS) to Dolphin Point Lookout (-26.377271, 153.108024) and back to meet the researchers at the meeting point. You can travel to Dolphin Point lookout via any tracks you choose. Upon return, we will retrieve the GPS and ask you a few questions about your experience. We also will provide morning/afternoon tea.
