I was interested to learn more about guided inquiry (GI). I found this article by Lee Fitzgerald, it provides detail regarding the GI process undertaken at Loreto Kirribili. Lee provides the Evidence-based Practice action plan template formulated by Ross Todd, including strategies and techniques to collect data (reflection sheets, blog responses, culmination conversation, SLIM toolkit).

The expanded ISP and guided inquiry design framework was also provided. I now understand a little more how they work in sequence together. I will endeavour to have a read through Guided Inquiry Design (2012) by Kuhlthau, C. C. Maniotes, L. K., & Caspari. A. K, to gain a deeper understanding, in particular of inquiry tools and their application.
