Well hi!

I’m Jannet and what you’ve stumbled onto is my blog. I should point out I’m a blogging newbie but I consider myself a quick study, so hopefully I get this sorted quickly.

So, I’m a mum to one teenage boy, partner to a very busy fireman, a sister, a friend and a teacher.

I’ve started this blog as a means to reflect on my journey to become a Teacher Librarian. I am fortunate to work in a library already under the guidance of two amazing TL’s, but I have so much to learn.
