Tim’s speciality is “Immersive Technologies in Agriculture” and has created #FarmVR and #FarmAR – Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality farming experiences to help educate people where their food comes from, inspire them to consider agriculture as a career pathway and improve productivity in the supply chain.
He has over 20 years of experience in Marketing and the Digital world. Tim’s energy, enthusiasm and industry knowledge has been shared in well over 2000 workshops both internationally and across Australia. Tim has also architected over 1000 websites for an array of customers.
Tim’s #ThinkDigitalCoach is a hi-tech 14-metre classroom on wheels, that travels throughout Australia providing digital education, experiences, and education.
Tim’s mission is to build the digital skills and confidence of those he meets and has vision is to help bridge the digital divide between the city and country.

Associate Professor Lucy Webster – Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Teaching)

Dr. Judith Gullifer Associate Dean (Partners and Quality) in the Faculty of Business, Justice and Behavioural Sciences is based at the CSU Study Centre office – Melbourne site.
Associate Professor Judith Gullifer is the Associate Dean (Partners and Quality) in the Faculty of Business, Justice and Behavioural Sciences at Charles Sturt University. She was the foundation Associate Dean (Academic) leading the Faculty Courses Committee. She has worked for the Australian Psychological Society as the Chief Professional Standards Officer, leading the Science, Education and Career Development portfolio which included the APS Institute. Judith is an experienced senior academic with a demonstrated history of working in the Australian university sector and the non-profit organisation management industry. Judith has coordinated a range of undergraduate and postgraduate psychology subjects and has supervised postgraduate student research. She is a registered psychologist whom has worked extensively in rural and remote Australia. Judith completed her PhD investigating students’ perceptions of plagiarism at Charles Sturt University. Her interest in investigating academic integrity grew from her commitment to scholarship in teaching. Judith also has a strong research commitment to perceptions of ageing.
Professor Megan Smith
Professor Megan Smith was appointed Executive Dean in January 2019 and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Science in May 2018 following 4 years as Head of School of the School of Community Health and inaugural Director, Three Rivers UDRH in July 2017. Whilst Megan’s role has changed, she remains closely involved with Three Rivers as an Advisory Board Member.
Megan has held the positions of Physiotherapy Course Leader, Sub Dean Workplace Learning for the Faculty of Science and Acting Associate Dean for the Faculty of Science.
Megan has significant teaching and research experience in health education and practice. Originally graduating from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and practicing as a clinical physiotherapist, Megan joined the staff at Charles Sturt University in 1999.
Originally growing up in the Riverina she practiced as a clinical physiotherapist in metropolitan Australia and the UK before returning to the bush to pursue an academic career.
Megan’s research and teaching interests are in delivering high quality health professional education. Her goal is to positively impact on the health of people whose preference like hers is to live, work and study in rural Australia.
