Program

The program has been assembled based on feedback from over 67 academic staff who responded to an online survey. Our academic staff requested a mix of keynote presentations, lightening sessions and in-depth workshops; and expressed their desire to hear not only from internal/external L&T “experts” but also from their peers at the “coal-face”. Results for the survey can be found under the “survey results” tab.

The program has been carefully constructed to meet the following objectives:

  1. To provide academic staff with an avenue to network, share good practice and discuss challenges and successes in their own subjects and courses;
  2. To connect daily practice with scholarly activity and output; such that academic staff across the Faculty are able to identify, implement and evidence good practice in student teaching and learning;
  3. To enhance cross-unit collaboration and allow staff to learn more about the Divisions (especially the revitalised Division of Learning & Teaching); and gain a greater understanding of how the Faculty can work more closely with these staff to achieve better outcomes for our students.

Room locations are now on the program. Please check ‘Campus Map’ tab if unsure of where rooms are located.
