Project Title and Abstract Planned to find research areas that are relevant for my specialization and also the areas that are popular in the present. After reading through research papers I was interested in the deep learning area. Then select a topic which is the Online Movie Reviews Classification and Summarizing Using Naïve Bayes And Bert Extractive Algorithms. Finished writing the abstract using the research papers that I gathered. The discussion area, the Method area in one of the research papers helped me to understand the necessary steps I should take when trying to get accurate results.

Week 1 About Me

My name is Chelaka Fernando. I’m reading for my master’s degree at Charles Sturt University. I’m doing Master of Information Technology. I have experience as a software engineering intern and one year of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer. I have experience in python and java. I used python language to complete my research for my bachelors. I also have experience in Android mobile programming which I used Image Processing technology for the usage of the application and also used the mobile programming skills for my second-year project in bachelors as well as I improved my skills when I did a project in Mobile programming subject in the third semester during my masters.

I chose the Online Movie Reviews Classification and Summarizing Using Naïve Bayes And Bert Extractive Algorithms as my topic for my research project. I’m interested in this area as I get to learn about deep learning algorithms which I like to learn more about through completing the research. I want to gain more confidence and knowledge in this area as well as brush up my knowledge in python by exploring it at a deeper level.
