The energy required to be a father, a husband and a teacher (and be worthy of all three titles) can at times seem almost impossible and occasionally one has to give a little. There were many conversations with peers and loved ones (as well as a lot of self reflection) before I chose to embark on further education.
Applications were eventually made and seventeen years after graduating CSU I am back in the halls of knowledge; albeit the digital halls this time. I am looking forward to learning, sharing and engaging with peers and experts to extend my own knowledge and expertise. Studying online will just be one of the many challenges to overcome in the next 2 years as I complete my degree and emerge from the rabbit hole as a qualified Teacher Librarian (hopefully!).
