Congratulations to a fantastic group of leaders who joined me for The Leadership Challenge this spring 2018 semester.
The feedback has been substantial and valuable. My view is that most of us learned and applied new thinking and insights in our daily career lives.
Now that this semester is closed out, I’ve decided to keep this site open. After all, career development is not about deadlines; but a ever-growing journey of discovery and light-bulb moments !
The light will always be on here.
