‘As educators AND learners, we can learn together far more effectively than by learning alone’

An apt quote to start this second trimester on. Being somewhat worried about completing two subjects this trimester, being reminded of the community that I am now apart of, and the fact that I can learn from my peers and TL’s fills me with a sense of hope, and a reminder that I can do it!

In the first forum post (7 Tips for Effective Leadership), I commented on the tip of ‘Leading by example’. When reading about the Learning Context in Module 1, this tip kept floating around. The world is changing drastically, phones, tablets and computers are available in almost every classroom and library and it is the TL who needs to lead by example to show how to use these tools effectively

Reading through the Case Study, I am looking forward to working as a group to delve deeper into the scenario!
