Online IEEE referencing generator
As our final project requires IEEE referencing instead of APA, I found an easy to use referencing generator, based on a provided DOI URL: ieee-citation-generator
Here are the steps to use it:
- Get onto the website:
- Select the “Journal” tab and paste your article’s DOI URL:
3. Press the Search button to look up the article and get its full reference list:
4. Make sure the IEEE style is marked (this is the default) and press the round button to get the referencing conversion result:
5. The IEEE referencing output will appear and you can copy it into your article. Don’t forget to update the index number inside the square brackets, according to your article index, as mentioned in the order of your references:
