Sometimes paraphrasing a concept helps us better understand its meaning. Generative AI can be useful in the DEFINE stage of research as it can provide alternative key words, ideas or phrases in ways we might not have considered
Gather background knowledge to work out where you are headed
- Clarify your research question
- Reread your research question. Is it clear? Does it meet the requirement of your task and/or criterion in the rubric?

Remember research is not linear
