365 fitness club Instructors are driven by passion and sustained by enthusiasm, they are all eager to share what they have learnt. We hire only qualified individuals, and are committed to their ongoing development and education. We encourage our instructors to attend external workshops internationally and they bring dynamic energy to all our member!

trainer 1Michael has been a certified group fitness instructor since 2005. His repertoire includes various fitness programmes and functional training programmes such as ViPR and Hatha Yoga. More than just ‘a job’, Michael like sharing his expertise and strives to help his clients achieve their fitness goals.

trainer2 AlexAlex started his fitness career when he was 21 years old whilst pursuing a degree in sport science. He fell in love with group fitness before delving into yoga.

trainer 3Tony has been a group fitness instructor since 2008. His passion for BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, BODYBALANCE, RPM. More recently he also added BODYJAM, SH'BAM and other functional training such as TRX and Bosu to his repertoire. Tony thrives on teaching because through it, he can share his passion for exercise with anyone who attends his classes.

• Certified Instructor for Les Mills RPM, BODYPUMP, BODYJAM, BODYBALANCE in 2015
• Certified Instructor for TRX, Bosu Training in 2016
• Certified Instructor for BODYCOMBAT in 2017
