My annotated bibliography and self-assessment has been published, subsequent to being submitted for marking.

In addition, I have decided to republish the Project Proposal and Plan, in the format used for the Annotated bibliography as it presents the original format in a far more acceptable way, than does the Thinkspace formatting. An additional blog post will notify of the change to the Project Proposal and Plan page.
