Organising, presenting and assessing your research

Organising:

When organising your information,

do you have enough information?

Do you need all of the information you’ve gathered?

What is the best way to combine all of the information you’ve gathered?

Presenting:

What are you going to do  with the information?

Who are you going to share it with?

How are you going to share the information?

You might like to consider presenting it as a two minute video clip, creating a slide show or creating an eBook. More information about presenting your work can be found on the library Google Classrooms site.

Assessing:

It is important that you reflect on the process you undertook during your research. This will help you with your next project and allow you to see how your learning has progressed.

(The information process, 2020)

When you assess your own learning consider the following:

  • Did you fulfil your purpose, i.e. have you answered what you set out do with this research project?
  • How did you go with each step of the information research process?
  • Is there anything else you’d like to investigate further?
  • How will you proceed?
