2. Students take 3 minutes to write all of their own first thoughts or questions of the animation onto Post it notes, without discussion with other students.
3. Students form groups of four.
4. Students discuss the post it notes and group any similar ideas/questions together – stick them onto A3 Paper in their (Formative Assessment).
5. Each group rewatches the animation on an ipad (link on Google Classroom). Then discuss any new ideas or questions that are raised.
6. TL demonstrates the licencing types from Creative Commons to the students. Class take time to discuss and understand each one. Student create flashcards to test each other, later.
7. TL demonstrates how to use the Creative Commons Search link.
8. Students to open the link from Google Classroom to search Creative Commons for a Fair Use item – topic is decided up by the group. Each student needs to search for an image in Flikr through the Creative Commons web browser.
9. Students need to locate the licencing attributions for each item. Students to share their image to a Google form including the attribution licence (Formative Assessment).
10. As a group they need to locate a media, sound/music, video, webpage based on their chosen topic – including attributions if possible.
