Visual Thinking

I found Assessment 1 where we had to make a visual representation of the leadership structure in our school very challenging but rewarding. The feedback I got on it was very encouraging with a personal note from the marker that it is a strength of mine that I should highlight. I found as I worked on Assessment 2 that I wished I could represent the concepts visually as written words do not come as easily to me. Then I realised that according to the instructions, our Strategic Plan was to be “eye-catching” so I decided to enhance my assessment with visuals! I am pleased I will be able to use several of these in our library and school newsletter to promote information literacy, the role of our library, and our library’s vision!
