| NOTES | The 2024 FOBJBS HDR Conference is strictly for students and Charles Sturt staff only.
All requests for reimbursement of travel expenses are to be submitted by no later than Friday, 29 November 2024. |

| CSU Staff | Accommodation | Two nights’ accommodation will be paid for by the Faculty for the Monday, 4th and Tuesday, 5th November 2024.
The accommodation is a single lockable room, common area kitchenette and shared bathroom (linen & towels included). |
| Travel | No individual travel plan is required.
Applicable School codes will be required when registering for the event should you require travel and meals. Account Details: A102 – SCHOOL ORG / 41514 (HDR Symposia). Private vehicle reimbursement will be based on the cost of the most economical means of travel for the journey. That is, the monetary value of flying as opposed to driving or vice versa and will be considered on a case-to-case basis. Your reimbursement for private vehicle travel must be submitted by no later than Friday 29 November 2024. |
