About Me

I am Jennifer Greensill, a busy mother of three active and creative primary school aged children, Grace (12 years old), Josiah (10 years old) and Asher (8 years old). My husband James and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for 23 years. I guess you don’t come across this too often, but we are living proof that finding each other so young and staying in love does happen.  Our lives have taken us all over Australia due to James’ work (Pastoral Ministry) and many parts of the globe because we love to travel. We have settled to live at the Central Coast, NSW, for now, because James has a great new job being the primary school chaplain at our children’s school. Following my husband’s career shaped my employment over the years, picking up part-time, casual and full-time primary and high school teaching roles wherever we were located. I am so thankful that he supported me through a busy teaching year last year and is now supporting my decision to specialise and become a TL.

Why EDEN’S CORNER?

Some might consider this odd but “Eden” is my “coffee name”, the name I give when asked at the counter “what name is your order under?” Only a few of my café buddies and my local café’s know I go by this name. We live in a small community and sometimes you just wish your real name wasn’t starring at everyone on the screen at your local pizza place.

This blog space serves to fulfill my academic and professional learning requirements and hopefully become an access point to links that I find useful during my studies and for my future career as a TL. Your feedback is always welcome and I hope you enjoy exploring my work.
