I’m a bit apprehensive about this new subject and the group work element that is involved. I find that when there is group work to complete I become concerned that I may not be as able as the others to complete the tasks and I’m conscious that I don’t want to let anyone down. I am aware though that in working as a TL there is group work every step of the way, and so it is important to embrace it and work through the fears.
