Nikki has worked in the legal industry for over 19 years, commencing as a junior receptionist for a small firm in Berwick, Victoria, when she was 18. For the past 16 years she has worked as a senior paralegal in most areas of law, both in firms and for counsel in chambers. Nikki has a particular interest in practice management, ethical standards and professional conduct.
