Well actually, getting caught in the rain is not one of my favourite pass times, but when I do there is nothing like a nice warm shower to freshen up. And I do like my Piña Coladas and Champagne nice and cold. So what’s the common theme here?
Hi, I’m Lauren, a cyber professional passionate about critical infrastructure resilience, yes that’s keeping the lights on and the water running. I am using our capstone project as an opportunity to delve a little deeper into policy related to critical infrastructure and cybersecurity.
By day I’m responsible for the Cyber function at one of Australia’s leading renewable energy companies, by night it is something of a chaotic mix of wrangling children, research, and contributing to student leadership and university governance.
Where I shine is finding a wobbly, precarious sense of balance in a crowded life, and I don’t get upset with the occasional broken plate. And yes, cunctation is a coping mechanism.
