Dzavid Haveric
Dzavid Haveric is a historian and an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Centre for Islamic Studies and Civilisation, and the Centre for Public and Contextual Theology at Charles Sturt University. He holds a PhD from Victoria University and an MA from Deakin University. He is an expert in the history of Islam and Muslims in Australia, Islamic civilisation and cultural-religious diversity. Dr Haveric is the author of eleven history books and a number of newspaper articles. He is also a Research Associate at Museum Victoria. He has worked at the Parliament of the World’s Religions within the Victorian Multicultural Commission and the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS).
