If you are a student and you have a concern about academic, administrative or support services during your time at Charles Sturt, you may wish to make a complaint.

While not in any way trying to dissuade you from exercising your rights in this regard, with the exception of serious complaints, students should attempt to resolve their concerns within CCES before lodging a complaint.
