Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Work Breakdown Structure was developed by breaking the tasks into sub tasks using Microsoft Project.
Risk Analysis
Risk analysis is the process of identifying potential adverse effects that will occur while carrying out the project. Likelihood and impact will be assessed to minimize the adverse impact on the project and necessary counter actions will be planned beforehand. Risk Assessment process will have following stages.
- Identification of risk
- Assessment of risk
- Controlling of risk
- Reviewing of risk and control measures
Duration
Duration of this research will be 12 weeks from 02nd of March to 01st of June.
