Introduction

After careful consideration and much thought, I have chosen to focus my topic on DDoS attacks. The topic “Improving the detection and protection of DDoS attacks on network infrastructure” is an excellent topic, given my current career and specialization. In this project, I will concentrate on enhancing the detection and protection measures against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. The project will investigate detection techniques and prioritize the maintenance of network availability. Ultimately, the goal is to establish more resilient and robust defenses against such attacks
