About Me

My name is Sunil Raj Shrestha. I am from Nepal. I have completed my bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from one of the reputed universities of Nepal. I am currently pursuing master’s degree in Information Technology with specialization in Software Design and Development in Charles Sturt University. I also have software development experience in past. The use of different technologies and its area is growing rapidly day by day. Whereas, my degree and previous experience help me to understand the working principles and area of different technologies in more depth.

I worked as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Team Leader and Manager of Application Development in the field of Software Development for more than 4 years. During this me and my team faces many challenges including design-development workflow, as well as system related network issues, authentication and security etc.

Nowadays security is one of the major concerns for everyone. And biometric authentication is emerging rapidly day by day. Even people use biometric to unlock their mobiles. So, I am more interested to deep learn and research about the biometric authentication technologies and its challenges as my final research topic for Emerging Technology.
