Implement a verifiable framework proposed by lu in 2019		Complete the source code as pseudocode which is not executable; whereas that pseudocode is a combination of multiple programming languages. Therefore it is a complete algorithm written in proper programming languages but not executable.		It is possible to complete the algorithm by using python, C#, and Q#.	Successfully completed algorithm which is unexecutable.
